30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality and purity of our protein supplements. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Health Safety Requirements
Due to strict dietary supplement health regulations, consumable safety, and personal sanitation standards:
• Protein powder tubs, supplement bags, and ingestible product containers MUST remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory condition with the outer neck seal and inner fresh-seal completely intact. Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed supplement containers cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
• Shaker bottles and fitness accessories must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in their original retail packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, damaged safety seals upon arrival, or incorrect flavor/items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, sampled, or consumed protein powders and dietary supplements (for food safety and sanitary reasons).
• Fitness accessories showing signs of water contact, use, or missing original tags/boxes.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@1upnutritiam.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the intact factory safety seal of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unopened item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our San Antonio facility to confirm safety seal compliance, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different flavor, protein source, or tub size, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with broken safety seals, cracked tubs, or packaging damage during transport, please contact info@1upnutritiam.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the issue. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
